Hi Group
I am trying to orgainise my contracts but when I only have a company and the
"full name" field is left blank, on the next syncronization the company name
is copied to the name field.  I have searched but can find no reference to
this fault.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.

A clearer and fuller explanation of the problem.  I am using Outlook Live to
syncronise my on-line and outlook contacts.

If I create a new contact in outlook completing the following fields:
Company = "A Test Comany Ltd"
Business Tele = "0123456789"

this file as field defaults to "A Test Comany Ltd"

Press F9 to syncronise with Hotmail contacts and ...

Full Name = "A Test Comany Ltd"
Company = "A Test Comany Ltd"
File as = "A Test Comany Ltd"
Nickanme = "ATestComanyLtd"

But when my outlook view the tilte for each contact in "ATestComanyLtd" ie
Nickname even tho' the view is sorted by "file as"

To confuse matters even more if I then delete "Full Name" which I never
entered and didn't want, I see the result that I want - until I syncronise
again when I get
"A Test Comany Ltd" back in the full name field BUT the view header is now
blank even though it says "A Test Comany Ltd" in the file as field.

Can anyone please help!

Thanks
Chris

ps I this the correct place to post such a query, I cannot find a newgroup
for "Outlook Live" - which apart from this problem I think is a great
product.
