How to Format Phone numbers in Outlook 2003

I have noticed that when inputting a US phone number in the Outlook 2003, the
number appears formatted as +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx, but phone numbers for other
country appears not formatted. Is there a way to assign different format
masks for the phone number fields for individual counties other than the US?
