Hi,
I have 7 OL2003 users connected by a server running SBS2003.  Each user has
his/her own shareable contact folder plus other private folders.  I want to
create a new user account (i.e. "OurContacts") and link select contact items
from each of the 7 users individual folders into one combined contact list
for searching, updating, etc.  Is there a way to link individual user contact
items into a shared contact folder?  This would help us search a single
*updated* contact folder as opposed our current method of searching 7
separate folders individually.
Any comments and/or suggestions are appreciated.
TIA - Ray

This type of linking or synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
