How do you export a distribution list from Oultook to Excel?

I am trying to export a distribution list, (not a list of contacts) to Exel,
how can i do this. I dont have all the people on the list as indivdual
contacts, and I dont want to set that up. I just want to take the whole
distribution list and export it.

You can't.
Just save it as a txt file, then open it as a comma or tab separated file in
Excel.
