how do I get an import translator for Outlook 2003

When I try to import a contacts file on MS Outlook 2003- it is asking for a
translator from the MS office CD. Is there any place I can download the
translator file?

I don't think you can download it. It has to come from the CD or the files
on the CD

Well at least I didnt bang my head into the wall for nothing. Luckily I
have the CD! What happens to the people who bought Office online? Why would
MS not put this functionality in Outlook automatically or at least have a
"add in" to downoad?

I don't remember there being a way to purchase Office online without getting
media.
