How to import a contact doc. contact into outlook list?

i have a contact list made with format of doc.with emails and  I would
like to create a new contact list in a contact list of out look without
copying
one by one, can I do that? can you tell me how?

Try this process:
- create a sample contact in the Contacts folder
- export the Contacts folder using the File menu > Import & Export command
to an Excel spreadsheet
- Use that spreadsheet as a guide post to creating your import file since
Outlook can't import from a DOC file
