How to Remove entries from the personal address book.

I have a client who wants to remove several entries from his personal address
book. Each time he attempts to delete the entries he gets the following
error "Microsoft Office Outlook The properties dialog box could not be
displayed. An invalid ENTRYID was passed in."

How can I help my client remove thes old entries from his personal address
book?

PAB's have not been in use for years and are not supported. Any reason you
haven't moved to a Contacts Folder?
