I need to make a Master Contacts file with Distribution Lists for our remote
users, who have POP3 email accounts.  All our users have Outlook 2002.  Is
there a way to have all this information (contacts & distribution lists) in
one handy file to send via email to our users in the field?

Create a new .PST file and copy the contacts and DLs to it, then send that
.PST file to the field users.  Each of them will need to save that .PST to
his/her hard drive, then open it in Outlook via File | Open | Outlook Data
File.
