Two emails keep repeatedly coming into my inbox.  How do I get rid of them?

Is there any way for you to delete them off of your ISPs mail server
directly?

I don't know how to delete them off of my ISPsmail server directly.  Will you
please tell me how to do that?  Thanks so much and thanks for responding.
