help please.

I am trying to send a group email out using mail merge in Microsoft Outlook.

I am also trying to address each person by name then type the letter and I
would like the matching email address to appear in the  TO OR BCC FIELD.  And
I want the recipient only to see his own name and email address ( not the
whole group).

I figured out how to do the MERGE,  BUT HOW CAN I GET THE CORRESPONDING
EMAILADDRESS TO APPEAR ON EACH PAGE

I have been trying to figure this out since a few days,  but all I get as
answers are some links that only explain the problem partially.

To place the email address or any other Outlook information into the body of the message, in the Word document that appears after you start the merge process, click the Insert Merge FIelds button on the merge toolbar and select the desired field from the Database Fields list.

If you have additional questions, provide information on your Office version and what steps you are following to initiate the merge.

It would also be polite to turn off your Caps Lock key.

Microsoft Office 2000

I also understand how to insert merge fields in the body.  I'm trying to
insert the field with the email address in the TO and BCC field.

The goal is to have a merge field in the body with a persons name ( which I
know how to do) and send it to that specific person using the matching email
address (using group email) and I also want the recipient to only see their
own email address.

I hope this makes it clearer.

After you click Tools | Mail Merge in Outlook, on the Mail Merge Contacts dialog, at the bottom under Merge To,  choose Email. The page at http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm has screen shots.

I was able to mail merge the document, however there was also a picture or
imgage include and that didn't get mail merged or emailed.  Only the text was
received by emailed.  What am I missing?

Outlook 2000 can only do mail merge in plain text format. If you need HTML, then you'd have to use a third-party tool; see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail
