Specify the sort order you set for the Outlook Address Book.

Wrong. No such option exists.
Perhaps you are confused with the Contacts Folder.
I asked you about the Outlook Address Book:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
