I have 2 computers, both XP Pro and SP2, Outlook 2003 on bot. I have on the
desktop contact automatic formatting that is based on the Catagory field, I
want to duplicate these on the laptop, is there a way to do this without
manual creation? - I am not on an Exchange mailbox, I share my contacts by
exporting thru a PST and loading them to the laptop.

Thank you in advance.

If you're only dealing with .PST files, it would make more sense to copy the
entire .PST file to the laptop -- that will preserve all your automatic
formatting and other view settings.  See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for more information on
synchronizing two machines with the same Outlook data.
