I would like to know how to print a hard copy of all of my contacts currently
in my contact folder.  Has anyone been able to do this and if so how?

Open contacts folder, select File, Print from Menu. You might want to select
what fields to show and print in Table View.

Thank you for the info.  I was hoping to be able to print a complete list of
e-mail addresses for filing purposes, but I guess that can't be done easily.

Do what Mary suggested -- create a new view of your Contacts folder in the
Table style, with e-mail addresses and anything else you need showing, and
print from that view.
