Best Way To Share a Distribution List

Struggling with this one:

What is the most efficient way to share a DL between a couple of people and
still be able to view each others changes without having to resend them as
items, or create a seperate resource, etc.?

Oh Sorry, didn't know we had an information store really. But I am going to
go with Exchange. But what if it was .pst? Are the two techniques completely
different? Thanks Russ.

You can't just guess.  Who set up your account?  If it was you, what type of
account did you choose?  If it was someone else, ask them.
