I am in the middle of merging 5 databases together, I have all the files
needed in 1 spreadsheet in Excel. When I took one of the databases from
Outlook I thought I had saved the field names as headers and adjusted the
fields appropriatly to the columns. Now the problem is trying to get Outlook
contacts to accept the columns with the headers from the original contact
list in Outlook.  I have been successfull in importing some of the
information into the contacts in Outlook, but all is not there and seems to
be a different layout from before. P.S. I have already deleted the original
contact list from the Outlook, but have it saved in Access. I have tried to
intergrate that back into Outlook, but with the same response.

Without any detail on what fields you're concerned with, about all anyone can
suggest is that you pay close attention to your choices on the Map Fields
screen in the Import and Export Wizard.
