I am a realtor and would like to use MS Office much like Top Producer 7i
which is internet based data storage and retrieval.  Does MS Office have this
option, - to retrieve contact data, schedules etc from any computer, anywhere?

If your Outlook uses an Exchange server for the mailbox, you can use Outlook
Web Access to reference the Exchange mailbox, if the Exchange admins have
enabled that ability.  If your Outlook is not using Outlook, you'd need a
tool like pcAnywhere, GoToMyPC, or VNC and the firewall you use would have
to be configured to allow you in.
