Good afternoon, I need to easily and quickly email a PDL to my IT manager. Can I do this directly w/out having to export to excel and then import to his Outlook and create the list all over again? Are u meaning to save the pdl w/ an RTF extension and then attach that to an email, or what do you mean by attaching as an "Outlook Item"? And RTF message? Thanks. Magnificent. Ok. 2 things: When I create a new message, one just pops up and I don't see an option in my "New" Menu to create an RTF message, how do I do this?
