I have Office XP with Outlook 2002.  I can receive emails with no problem,
but when I try to send emails through my To: button of the message I get the
following error message for example:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

     Scott Milam <scott_milam@charter.net> on 7/22/2005 11:04 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

The strangest thing is that if I type the person's email address in the To:
line then the message goes without a problem.  I have setup my contacts and
address book according to Outlook's instructions, but I'm assuming there must
be a problem with my Address book.  I have contacted my ISP (Charter
Communications) and they say the problem isn't on their end.  Can anyone help?

This would suggest that the email addresses in your Contact Records are
corrupt or invalid, or that you are selecting the wrong address type (like a
fax number, for example, if you do not have the fax transport in your
profile).
