I am having problems with Outlook when I try contact on internet

When I try to make a contact on a website through outlook an error comes up
that the default is not installed? It worked until recently. What should I do?

You should:
1. State your version
2. State more clearly what you are doing
3. State more clearly the error message
3. State what you changed just before this behavior started.
