Russ: I get the following error when I try to start my outlook.  Can you
please direct me on what I need to get this working again?  Your help is
greatly appreciated.

Exception information:
Code: 0xc0000005   Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000   Address:  0x000000000132369f

That's the only error message?
Where do you see it and exactly what steps produce it?
What changed on your system just before this started?

Russ,
thank you for responding. there are no messages. when I double click the
icon nothing comes up at all.
I have another question. In my outlook mail box some how I've lost the
heading subject along the top with from and received. How do I get that back?

thank you,
Wendy

Are there two of you talking at once in this thread?
Assuming you are the original poster, please provide more background
information. Outlook ran normally at one point, right? Now when you launch
it absolutely nothing happens? Are you launching it from the desktop? What
changed just before the problem arose? Have you checked in Task Manager to
make sure Outlook isn't already running in the background before you try to
launch it?
Why are you also asking about your Outlook "mailbox" if Outlook won't even
open?
