Viewing contact folders in hierarchy

In Office 2003, the contact folders are shown in a linier list on the left
hand side of the screen - each given the same position in the list with
sub-folders not indented.  In previous versions they were displayed with a
hierarchy with trees showing sub folders and sub-sub folders according to
their grouping.
Is there anyway to change the contact folders view to show subfolders
indented under thier primary?

I have Outlook 2003 and my contacts folders show in a hierarchy.  Do you have
any addins installed, especially ones that relate to contact management?
