I have two users (Outlook 2003) whose .nk2 file appears to not be retaining
addresses.  One users problem is for one of his personal contact folders
ONLY, all others work.  The other user has sporadic problems, it might work
one day, and not the next.  Neither one has anywhere close to 1000 contacts
which I understand to be the limit for the cached file.

Any suggestions/thoughts?

The autocompletion cache has nothing to do with Contacts Folders.
When it fails to retain entries, it means your profile is corrupt. Create a
new one.

I've already created new Outlook and Windows profiles on both machines.  Any
other suggestions?

No. It has worked for everyone else.
Sure you did it correctly?
