In OL 2000 I was able to right click the email address on an incoming
message and add the address to my Personal Address Book. Has this feature
been taken away in OL 2003? I see add to contacts, but I don't want them as
a contact.

Contacts has replaced the Personal Address Book in Outlook 2003.

In the future, avoid multiposting. I can see you used Outlook Express to
post, so just name multiple newsgroups in the Newsgroups field to enable
crossposting.
