How to create a duplicate copy of a distribution list?

I invite subcontract quote by fax and routinely need to modify distribution
lists.  I wish to retain the original list.  Is it possible to make a
duplicate copy, change the name, and then modify the list?

Yes. Select the DL, choose Edit | Copy to Folder.
