Every time I print out a contact, my name appears at the top - but when I go
into the File-Print-Page Setup tabls, there is nothing showing in the Header.
How do I remove my name?

The name that prints at the top corresponds to the name you have set on your
default e-mail account.  There is no way to prevent it from printing.
