I have a problem.  I am using Outlook 2000 for distribution with a new PC
only.  I have used for years but in the last few weeks every time I log on it
has a message in grey that says The add-in "cmdlaunch....dll" could not be
installed or loaded.  Problem may be resolved by Detect and Repair (did this
about 15 times).  Unable to load.  You may be out of memory, out of system
resources or missing a .dll file.   I believe it is some kind of execubale
file.  Have tried to find it but cannot.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like you have an add-in that was written in Delphi or something and
that has been partially uninstalled.  Check your Outlook add-ins and disable
any you don't recognize.
