Hi,

Need to find out how to take away the email list history in oulook when key
in "name" then it'll give you a drop down list of "name" that you want to
email ... in TO, CC, or BCC fields.
My outlook setting has been activated for SUGGEST NAMES WHILE COMPLETING TO,
CC, AND BCC FIELDS. However, it only works for that same day. Once I restart
my computer, all the history is gone the next day. I'll have to re-type all
the email address that I need to type in TO, BCC, or CC fields.

I can't figure it out why mine won't work while others work. Please help!

You may have a corrupt autocomplete cache file.  To delete it and start over,
look for a file with a .NK2 extension and rename it or move it.  Outlook will
start a new cache file the next time an e-mail address is typed into the To:
box.  Note that if you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to search in
hidden folders to find the .NK2 file (it also helps to have file extensions
visible).

And if Jocelyn's suggestion doesn't help, it's a sign your mail profile is
corrupt and you'll need to create a new one in Control Panel's Mail applet.
You can point it at your existing PST.
