I need to use my Outlook Contacts file on another computer. How can I do
this. I don't know the name of the file that is created on my computer or
its location so I can't copy it onto a flash drive, if that would even work.

Outlook makes one file which is a .pst file. It holds your entire Mailbox
(including Calendar, Contacts etc.)
