Is there a way to create file labels (preferably different sizes - one for a
file folder and one for a notebook spine) from my existing Outlook database?

I use Contacts in Outlook for all new client files and it seems there would
be a function to create a file label without going to Word and retyping the
information using "Envelopes and Labels".

Use Word's mail merge feature or the Insert Address in envelopes & labels.
