With all due respect - your question really is:

"How do I import my Outlook '2003 contacts into ????????? (where the
question marks would get replaced by the product which in this case is "the
software used by my HP OfficeJet-D145")?

That's really a question that should be posed to the target vendor (in this
case HP). (not trying to pick on you - just elaborating for others who ask
similar kinds of questions who may be reading this thread since it all nets
out to the same issue and answer)

Having stated the above, a generic answer to your question is:

All depends on what import functionality is available in that particular
software. Assuming it has the ability to import data - then simply check
what file formats it supports and export the data from Outlook into the
appropriate format (providing it's something that Outlook supports) and
import the resulting file (usually - if something offers import capability -
the CSV file format is always available). If there is no import capability -
you are out of luck since the software you are trying to import to doesn't
have sufficient capabilities.
