Name field in CSV exports

In OL2000, I am exporting a contact folder as a CSV (Windows) file export.
When I get to the map custom fields dialog, the NAME field wants to export
as LastName, FirstName. Of course that's not what I need, and I can't figure
out where OL is getting its marching orders to do it that way. At first I
though it was creating the name field from the File As settings, so I used a
KB article to create a custom form to toggle the File As field to FirstName,
Lastname, but that STILL didn't change the way the export worked. The
Contact Full Name option is set to First (Middle) Last, but I don't see that
that affects my problem any. The First Name and Last Name field maps work
fine, but I cannot get the exported Name (which is actually a full name
field) to work as FirstName LastName. Any ideas?

Why do not you try the "IMI Contacts Exporter" from
http://www.imibo.com/imidev/Exchange/imice.htm

OK, I downloaded this and it does what I want. Why does this tool populate
the Excel spreadsheet with all of the field names even though I only
exported a few? Right, probably not the right place to ask this question :-)
