I have multiple clients running Outllook 2000 and Outlook 2003. When an email
address for an Active Directory user is changed, the Outlook 2000 clients
instantly reflect this change in the Global, but the Outlook 2003 clients
retain the old address. How can I get the new addresses to propagate to the
2003 machines?

Sounds like the Outlook 2003 users are in "cached mode" it can take up to 48
hours for changes to propagate to the Offline Address Book. See if this
helps http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=841273

I usually restart the exchange store and issue is resolved.
