outlook adress book

if i have a name and for this name i have an email phone
number and celolar phone.when i make new mail and go to
contacts name i have the name 3 times.
can i display just the emails ?

No. All electronic addresses will display in the Outlook Address Book. If
you have no need for the other electronic addresses to appear, you can store
them in other fields.
