I have created serveral user defined contact fields that I would like
to use as the basis to create dynamic distribution lists.  There does
not seem to be any options for creating a distribution list based on
selecting or filtering user defined field data.  Any suggestions would
be appreciated.

You CAN create a view that groups by user-defined fields in Outlook
2002/XP.  What version of Outlook do you use ?

Professional 2003. Can ProfDD please elaborate?
