printing email addresses

I guess this is a simple one - how do you print your
contact list with their email address (as opposed to just
their display name).

I've tried everyhting!!

2 options:
1. Create a Table view of your Contacts and include the Email field in the
view.
2. Use a mail merge and include the Email field in the merge document.
