When in "Contacts" and double clicking on an entry getting an error
message saying that it can not load an object because it is not on the
machine, followed by a further error saying:

Object does not support this property or method: 'pageSBE.Datagrid1'
Line No. 11.

Anyone have an idea what is happening or what is missing?

Thanks.

Yep,
I went to the MS link also. And this is what I replied to Microsoft
(not happy with the solution):
I get this error with outlook 2003. I never had any problem with
outlook 2000 but you forced me to upgrade (2000 no longer supported).
Now I have to deal wih the bugs of 2003 and you are telling me because
it is not 100% compatible with 2000 !
