A company I deal with has changed their email address.  I have over 100
contacts that the change will effect.  Can I make a bulk change of the email
addresses?  The format would change from first.last@oldname.com to
first.last@newname.com.

the easiest would be to export to excel, use excel to make the change and
import.

Diane - Thanks.  I thought that might be the answer, but I was hoping for
something easier.  I have a number of people I have to show how to do it.

any field that supports drag to change and is identical in all contacts
would be easier (use a group by view and drag to a new group)... but not
addresses.

how do you export/import just one company and not the entire contacts?
