1. When I try to add a new contact now, a window comes up saying
"the form required to view this message cannot be displayed, contact your
admin" - Who is my administrator?

2. When I go to open a contact, a window comes up saying,
"the custom form could not be open. outlook will use an outlook form
instead......"
I don't remember making a custom form.

Have you installed and/or removed anything recently?

yes, aol IM. But, I think it's ok now. I saw some posts here that said I
should clean out the cache or something and it seemed to work.
But, I do have another question, as long as I have you, when I am in a
contact file and click "save & close", I get back to contacts, but all my
contacts are grayed out. I don't see any of them. I have to click on
something else, like mail or calendar or a different, for a second, and then
when I go back to contacts folder I see them again. Why?
And also, why can't I see my "inbox" messages in the infolder field, I only
see "sent" messages. I have gone to File, folders, and in all items, put in
"inbox", but it doesn't show in my activities.
THANK YOU.
