How to send a Vcard without the notes?

Please HELP ME! I am trying to resolve a service request for one of my
clients. They are trying to send a Vcard in Outlook 2003 without sening the
notes information. How can this setting be adjusted. Thank you very much.

Save the contact as a vCard .vcf file, then open that file in Notepad to remove the information you don't want to send.
