In Outlook..How do I remove UNKNOWN contacts which appear when I click on
To...?

I have e-mail addresses that I have never sent anything to or as far as I
know never received anything from. I want to remove them so they donot show
up when I click on To.....

I advise that...

this is called Autocomplete and to delate names from it do this:

start typing a name in the To... field and the names will drop down.  Use
the arrows on your keyboard to drop down to the one you want to delete and
hit delete.

Please post your version every time you ask a question in a newsgroup.

Judy, thanks for your quick and accurate response. This is the solution that

Thanks I needed this.  I send out multiple emails to people who we do not add
to Contact list.   Great function.
