Clarify in which version these Contacts were created and in which version
you intend to use them next.

The contacts were created in Outlook 2000, and i'm want to
use it in the Outlook 2003.

Then they are perfectly compatible. Simply copy and reuse your PST file. Or
if you only want your Contacts information, you can export the Contacts
Folder to a PST file and then import it to the new installation.
Import/Export never works quite as well as simply reusing the PST.
