I wish to remove the big button labeled 'Add contact picture' from the
toolbar inside Outlook's contact edit window.

I don't want to post contact photos in Outlook. The huge button takes up a
lot of room, right in the middle of the window.

How can I remove the button labeled 'Add contact picture'?  Thanks!

If you customize the first page of the contact form -- even just moving a control on pixel -- and make the new published form the default, the user will see the old contact layout.
