Enable your Contacts folder as an e-mail Address Book. RIght-click the
folder, choose Properties, and click the Outlook Address Book tab.

When you go to the address book (click the icon) does more than 1 Contacts
folder appear in the Tools | Options show address books in the following
order window? If so, change the order to show the one that does have names
in it.
