Still having problems in Office XP Outlook creating mail
labels.
I customized the view my Contact folder in Outlook in
order to print Mail Labels (Full_Name and Mailing_Address
only).
I started MailMerge from Outlook. Followed the Wizard;
Word opens; The Wizard continues in Word; Click Setup and
complete the options. BUT the "Merge" button at the
bottom of the wizard does not illuminate and my Word doc
remains blank.
I tried beginning the process in Word with the Mail
Wizard and was still unsuccessful. Please help. Are there
settings in XP that I need? I have no problem in Office
2000 performing this function.
Thanks

Are you sure you are using the correct Contacts folder?
Are you using Exchange or personal folders to store mail
and contacts?  What info are you storing on your contacts
(name, address, phone, etc.)?  Are you ensuring that all
the desired contacts are selected.

I just tried it with mine and it worked fine?  I went to
Tools -> Letters & Mailings -> Mail Merge Wizard and
followed the steps.
