Hi Everyone,

when I create an address list , and add names and e.mails, I get a prompt
that I have reached the limit of 120 entries.

Is there a location in exchange where you limit the number of entries in an
address list?

Microsoft says the default is 5000.

Can someone help please.

What does your exchange administrator say the limit is?

120 is the limit for a personal distribution list in an Exchange mailbox or public folder. The limit cannot be changed.
