Exporting Contacts Folders Using OE

I have my OE 'Contacts' organized in subfolders according to various
categories (family, work associates, neighbors, ...). I have hundreds of
contacts and organizing under folders helps me to manage them all. I can
export the prime folder (Contacts) and all subfolders in the 'pst' format for
import into another Outlook or OE program on another PC.

I am now trying to export my Contacts into CSV format for import into my
Yahoo and Gmail accounts. From what I can tell, the 'csv' format does not
sort by folders as 'pst' does, and Yahoo and Gmail can not import 'pst' files.

Is there a work around to using the 'csv' format to export 'Contacs'
subfolders? I know I can export and import the subfolders individually, but
that can be tedious.

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide - Danny

Oops - I'm using Outlook 2003, not OE ...

Hi.  I have a similar question and sorry that I can't answer yours.  You say
below that you know how to export the subfolder individually.  Can you tell
me how to do that?  I'm also using Outlook 03 and trying to export as csv.

Thanks for any help--and sorry that I didn't know the answer for you.  --Julia
