I have customized the "Contact" form to suit my preferences.  When I saved
it, it went into the Personal Forms Library.  How do I get it to be the
default form that will come up if I click "New Contact" or double click on a
contact?

MS Outlook 2002 SP-2 (standalone) on Windows XP.

Thanks
