I am trying to find a way to "Automate" the install of the Outlook Address
Book.  I used the Office Resource kit to build an Office2003SP1 "scripted"
install, and it does not install the Outlook Address Book.

This apparently is an issue if the user does not have Administrator privileges. Even if the .prf file contains the OAB, it doesn't get added to the mail profile. The workaround is to show the user how to add the Outlook Address Book manually.
