I use my contact site to input customers information. Every once in a while
the msg do you want to archive these files comes up. I have said no but it
does it anyway. Where are they going and how can I get them back?

What version of Outlook are you using? Most of the later versions don't
archive items other than calendar & mail items

Micro 2003
I can't find the file that is was sent to. I know that I entered certain
customers information before and now I can't find anything.

Search your machine for PST files and make sure to include hidden
directories. You can open them using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data
File

If it was archived, it's probably in the file listed under FiIle>Archive
