how do I import ACT 6.0 contacts into Outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 is not compatible w/ ACT 6.0. PRevious versions of ACT imported
nicely into Outlook, not true anymore.

How do I accurately import ACT contacts into Outlook 2003 accurately, and
w/o porblems of duplicating,etc?

I'm interested in the answer to the original question too.
ACT! 6.0 can export to .txt
